The Vertex HF2 XL5 VBS pond aerator is a super-efficient, affordable and safe system. In a typical pond, a HF2 XL5 VBS can aerate approximately 3-5 acres depending on shape, slope, oxygen demand and other factors. A 3/4hp (0.56kW) BrookwoodTM SafeStartTM compressor, housed in our rustproof aluminum outdoor cabinet, feeds two bottom mounted XL AirStationsTM utilizing Vertex's MicronBubbleTM technology.
VBS Systems (Valve Box System) allow for the cabinet/compressor to located remotely.
